By placing an order on our website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Please provide the correct delivery details upon checkout.
  • Send a proof of payment for order acknowledgment.
  • A member of Evy’s Team will send the customer an acknowledgment letter upon payment confirmation. We will verify the details you provided and have it scheduled on your specified delivery date.
  • If you chose same day delivery, confirm it before cut-off time. If not, it will be delivered the next day.
  • Orders with only add-on gift(s) will be cancelled. Must at least have one flower arrangement for it to be processed.
  • For any changes or special requests, please contact our team.
  • Should there be any issues regarding your order, you will be contacted immediately.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancel at least 1-2 days before the intended delivery date for a full refund to be issued.
  • Cancellation of orders for same day delivery must be done before the flowers are arranged.
  • Strictly no cancellation once the flowers are arranged or delivered.

REFUND POLICY

  • We will entertain complaints only within 24 hours from time of delivery.
  • For any disputes regarding the order, please provide proof of purchase and photo of product as evidence within 24 hours from time of delivery.
  • No return/refund for delays or non-delivery due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • We try to deliver the exact same product as the sample, but substitution may occur due to season or availability.
  • Equivalent prices will be substituted for flowers, add-ons, fillers, wrappers, containers, and ribbons that are not available.
  • Should you like to substitute it with an item of greater value, additional payment will be made.
  • We will try to maintain the same theme as the chosen product should the need of substitution arises.
  • If we do not receive a confirmation from the customer regarding the substitution 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time, it is automatically deemed substituted and the order will be immediately shipped.

DELIVERY POLICY

  • Should there be any problems with the delivery, we will contact you immediately.
  • We will have the product(s) returned to our office if the customer fails to reply within 30 minutes.
  • If the recipient is absent on the given address, we will leave the items to authorized people present.
  • We will notify you should there be no authorized person to claim the product(s).
  • We will notify you to schedule for a re-delivery.
  • You must pay again for the delivery fee before we re-deliver.
  • We can deliver the same actual product(s) again on a different day, but we cannot guarantee that it will be as fresh as they were on the first delivery.
  • Should you wish to change the product(s) to new and fresher ones, you must pay again for the order.
  • If the recipient refuses to receive the order, the order status will be considered completed.

SPECIAL NOTICE

  • Please expect price increase during special occasions like Valentine’s season due to high demand and limited supply of flowers caused by cold weather.
  • Valentine’s Day price will start from February 1 to 15.
  • Specific time of delivery is not applicable during Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day because we cannot commit to time of delivery during peak season.
  • Prices are in Philippine peso and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Prices go back to regular rates after these special occasions.

DISCLAIMER

  • Please understand that our products are perishable, and any delays may affect the product.
  • Our flowers only last 1 to 5 days depending on the weather and room temperature.
  • We try but do not commit to exact delivery times due to congested and unpredictable nature of traffic.
  • We are not accountable for delays or non-delivery due to any fortuitous event or other reasons beyond our control.
